Holiday Concert and Raffle - December 11th at Washburn High School.
Join us for our upcoming Winter Holiday Concert, Raffle and Treats event on December 11 at 7pm at Washburn High School. The concert is free to attend and will include all your holiday favorites!
We are also holding a raffle for the pictured items in the flyer where proceeds go to our Ralph Sowden Memorial Scholarship fund.
Then after the concert will have holiday treats to share!

2024-25 Ralph Sowden Memorial Scholarship Awarded. Congratulations to Edison High School Senior: Seb ! Keep that music going as you venture off after high school. This was awarded at the 6/5/25 performance at Como Lakeside Pavilion.
2023-2024 Ralph Sowden Memorial Scholarship Awarded. Since we did not have any applicants in 2022-23, we were able to award two scholarships this season. Congratulations to Edison High School Seniors: Jonathan and Gideon! Keep that music going as you venture off after high school.

Scholarship Awarded
The Northeast Community Band awarded its first Ralph Sowden Memorial scholarship to Andrew Fischer.
Andrew plays trumpet and is vice president of the Edison High School Band. He's played in the concert band and jazz band and has been accepted into the Vocalessence Singers of This Age. The $1,000 scholarship is meant to encourage him to continue studying and performing music in college.

Rehearsals
We meet Thursday nights from 7 – 9pm at the Edison High School Band-room, from September through May.
Enter main doors, at front desk, take a left to stairwell, down two flights, right at the bottom of the stairs and around the corner.
